Call ahead seating is the trick. We were walking over from encore which is a nice 10-15 minute walk and we called for a table. Thank goodness we did because by the time we got there, there were 4 other parties that just arrived. Portions were huge and flavorful and our service was great. Portions and prices fit and was within range for being in a casino on the strip. Would go again definitely!

Nice dinner there with my four friends from NYC for their first meal visiting Las Vegas. Delicious calamari appetizer. My bro has Johnny walker with me. They tell me the Steak and lobster tail was delicious and they all love it so much. At the same time I get a Wynn employee discount too.For sure I am coming back.

We came in here in the later part of the afternoon on a Saturday (August 2024) and we were seated quickly without reservations. Every single staff person was friendly and attentive. The ambiance was a mix of all walks of life looking for a nice sit down dinner. We ordered the some cocktails, a flat bread, and seafood pasta. There was a mix up as to what was ordered but the staff was quick to address and remedy it.

Just what we wanted! Warm and friendly service. We walked in with no reservation and they took us in within minutes. We had an fantastic Negroni Mediterráneo or a white Negroni. It was fantastic! First time I ever had a caper berry as a garnish. Dinner was quality, and made with fresh ingredients. The calamari was tender, lightly fried over a bed of ricotta and and marinara. The octopus was grilled to perfection, while the lasagna was a group favorite. Perfect meal before our show. Amazing upscale setting, with delicious food options. Classic Wynn.

Amazing food. Fast service Ambiance is casual and easy. Reservations are required on a busy day, but can't hurt to stop by and ask if they have a table available.

Casual Italian dining at Encore/Wynn open late( 1am). We got in at 12:48am and were welcomed in. Service was excellent, we were not rushed and no one was cranky that we came in minutes before closing. The casual restaurant was beautifully decorated and could easily be classified as a fine dining establishment. The servers were friendly and attentive. We ordered a lasagne and a pistachio cannoli. The lasagna was amazing and more than enough for two people. It was richly made with pork meatballs, soft melt in your mouth beef and smoked mozzarella. The cannoli pistachio was a bit rich for $16 for one piece. But hey, it's the Wynn. I wish we'd come in hungry so we could have tried more of what's on the menu

Located at the Wynn, this is a casual restaurant that opens till fairly late (3am). We were seated fairly quickly and the staff were attentive throughout the meal. The service was fairly quick for the time I ate (12am). Although it looks small on the outside it's pretty spacious in terms of seating. The menu is fairly varied in terms of Italian fare and I ordered the charred octopus and calamari as well as the Lobster Fra Diavolo. Both were excellent, the pasta was a delight and totally hits the comfort food itch if you were looking for some Italian style dishes. A decent experience with reasonable prices (for Vegas), the dishes are certainly not lacking as well as the service. Atmosphere was inviting and comfortable and overall I would come back again if I were craving Italian fare.
